People often ask, “What is your catering specialty?” The Bountiful Table's specialty is understanding what you want and providing that to you in its finest form.

And, you can trust that we know our limitations - we're not your best choice for baking and decorating your wedding cake, but we will refer you to the talented, local bakers who are - and we will work together seamlessly.

Fresh, simple, and well-prepared sum it up. Whenever possible, we chop, peel, slice, and marinate in the kitchen, then sauté, grill, and assemble on-site. If locally-sourced produce and meats are your preference, we use our connections to get your meal from farm to table. Doug’s hands-on, creative, and consistent skills in the kitchen always work to awe his clients and their guests.
